Terms of Sale
Information of the Shipping, Handling and Insurance cost for each order, these cost are included in the sale price:

For US Order, US$19.95.

For Florida order we will add 7% sales tax.

Receiving and processing:
- All orders are processed within 7 days and are shipped from the US via domestic & International USPS, UPS or FEDEX.
- The Box sets are always shipped insured and include tracking service where available.
- Once shipped, expect 2 - 6 business days for US orders and 6 - 10 business days for international orders to receive the Album set. These estimates exclude weekends and holidays.
Note: delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods, including holidays. We are not responsible for service during transit time. This information is provided by the carrier if available.
- The carrier will not leave packages without signature. The carrier will leave a note notifying you they attempted delivery and will try again. Also, it is entirely up to the carrier driver to request a signature confirmation.
- The Album Set is a heavy item, as it weighs 5.5 pounds.
- The Album Set may be subject to customs fees and import duties, if shipped outside of the US. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
Return/Refunds:

To return an Album Set, an RMA Number must be obtained at: returns@fabfour.net.
This RMA Number is good for seven days from the date issued.
The RMA Number must appear on the outside of the Packing Box in which you are returning the Album Set. If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, we will not be able to process the return.
Please Note: The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges when returning the Album Set.

If you request a refund, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved.
Return guidelines for full refund:
- For a full refund, Album sets must be returned in their original sealed condition, within 30 days of delivery date and a US$30.00 returning processing fee will apply.
- We do not accept any returns after 30 days of delivery date.
Partial refund:
- 50% of the selling price will be refunded for opened Albums returned within 30 days of delivery date and a US$30.00 returning processing fee will also apply.
- Album sets must be returned in their original boxes, sleves, complete vinyls, condition.
- Opened Album sets cannot be sold again, as these Albums are a Collector's set, which were pressed in 1980 and are not available anymore.
